At my neorologist appointment yesterday I was placed on Gabapentin for the pain in my legs. I have only taken two pills, but am hoping it will help! Anyone have any luck with this medication? I started Copaxone on Wed. and all I can say is OUCH!!! The initial shot is ok but about 2 minutes after it burns so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It even hurts a little the next day at the injection site. Well Ive been off the Avonex for 3 weeks and the freedom of not having to give myself a shot has been great. Ive been feeling pretty good. No more flu like symptoms from Avonex. I gotta tell you I am so tempted to go it alone but my neurologist highly disagrees with this. I know hes right and I may feel good but damage may still be happening... Read more
Sometimes (most of the time) my legs just ache, sometimes my whole body. I have a hard time even getting through cleaning my house without stopping b/c of pain and the feeling that my body is exhausted. Its a terrible feeling. Does anyone else experience this???
