starting copaxone

Well Ive been off the Avonex for 3 weeks and the freedom of not having to give myself a shot has been great. Ive been feeling pretty good. No more flu like symptoms from Avonex. I gotta tell you I am so tempted to go it alone but my neurologist highly disagrees with this. I know hes right and I may feel good but damage may still be happening and who knows when a relpapse will rear its ugly head. So the nurse is coming a week from today to show me how to give myself my copaxone injections. I guess its different then the avonex injections and instead of weekly its a daily shot. YUCK I hate shots!!! But if it does what its suppossed to do and if it keeps me from being miserable like the avonex did I can do it! The sites been so quiet. I hope all is well with everyone.
