One day at a time!

By Debbie Tuesday, June 24, 2008

I am a wife, with a great husband, and two lovely daughters, and a cat named Victoria.  I have many blessings in my life.  I consider having MS a blessing, because it has taught me Patience, and to take one day at a time.  By taking one day at a time, I get to enjoy more of what's going on around me!  Before I knew I had MS, I was so busy with all kinds of projects, and getting all things done in a flash, and I never took the time to slow down and just Be happy for the moment.  Don't worry about tomorrow.  We live in the now.  There is nothing we can do about tomorrow, but we can enjoy today.  One day at a time.Smile

Thanks for visiting today.

Hi, Debbie:

Very well said. I, too, have learned the fine art of patience through MS.

I agree that we need to take life one day at a time. We'll never get a chance to do today again!

Thank you, Debbie, for your positive outlook that reminds us with MS, even though MS can physically slow us down it also gives us an opportunity to appreciate everything around us and does create patience in us to enjoy life instead of rushing through it.  I can understand how you would count it as a blessing.

Smile
