Here in CO our friends w MS use alternative therapies in conjunction w their meds.  I will certainly pass on this article for their consideration.  thanks!  Dave

Hi Dave,

Yoga is a great complementary therapy.  I do not take any disease-modifying drugs either and find this a comfortable way of living with MS.
