What are you grateful for today?
All of the media attention on Oprah Winfrey’s last episode reminded me of her gratitude notebook. It has been years since I heard her suggest we all write three things we are grateful for every day. Of course there are the big things like world peace and ending world hunger, but this notebook was for things that are more personal, and it does not matter how small.
As long as I have been reading stories and blogs written by MSers who surpringly found themselves grateful in the midst of grappling with this devastating disease.
What about you? As you live with MS, as an MSer, a caregiver, family member or friend, what have you found to be grateful for? Can you write three items in your notebook every day?
