I never expected in my mind to have two terrible illness and ones that can be so connected but I'm learning you never know what hand you going to be dealt! Finally got the mental aspect dealth with and now so far the MS is alittle easier to deal with. I felt so ashamed for everything and one morning I felt like I was in a black hole and couldn't get out, told my husband I needed help and he took me to ShandsVista and god love him it was the hardest thing we have ever done and faced together, but we now know it was the best thing done. I can now concentrate and read and type to yall even though I think I need to get a spell checker and thats wierd because I could always spell words when others couldn't! So please forgive typing errors. I finally went to my first social event in over two years and had a great time --the noise and large group of people didn't effect me this time so even though I have always liked the all natural ways--thank god for the med that I'm on and the strenght and love from him and my husband.

Just wanted to share a great event in my life with my buddies.

Have a great day and love to all
