    Hi Suzanne,

I'm sorry that you're having such a tough time lately and are in so much pain.  Please try to take care of yourself and know that the 27th is only a week away.  Hang in there.

    Hi Suzanne

I really feel for you and KJ and others who...have the symptoms but you are still in limbo.  I think you are a remarkable person and whatever happens you will survive it.

Hi SuzanneSmile It must be so hard not knowing for sure what is going on with your body. I have been there too. In the beginning, the docs thpought that one of my lesions was a glioma (brain tumour) and that was scary! The not-knowing was horrible! I don't wish that on anyone. Now I have a recommendation for you and anyone with MS. It will help with the pain. I suggest you get a good-quality EFA supplement, either pharmaceutical-grade fish oil or better yet, krill oil.

Note: Do not take krill oil if you have a shellfish allergy or are on any kind of blood thinners.

Take 6000 mg of your chosen EFA every day.

Also, look up alkalinizing your body on the internet and do it! Eat the foods that help to alkilinize your body. One very good alkilinizer is freshly squeezed lemon juice. Start every day with a tall glass of good-quality water with half a lemon's worth of juice in it. At night, before bed, you can do a lemon-totty. Warm water, half a lemon's juice and a teaspoon of raw honey. Try to incorporate as many alkilizing foods into your daily diet as you can. The theory is that disease cannot reside in an alkiline body. It is working for me! I recommend it to anybody and everybody and certainly to those of us diagnosed with or undiagnosed with MS!

Look up the "Best Bet Diet" online and follow it. It is my firm belief and experience that what we put into our bodies in food, we get out!

Swear off all sugars except what you get from fruit. It will decrease the inflammation which causes the damage in the nerves in those diagnosed with MS.

I also highly recommend to anyone on our site that they visit the site mercola.com and just start reading. Subscribe to Dr. Mercola's newsletter. You will be enlightened.

Suzanne, I can certainly empathize with what you are going through. I want you to know that you have some power to take control of your health all on your own! No need to wait around for slow doctors to decide what you do or don't have. Your body is screaming at you now and you can give it what it needs all on your own. It is working for me for sure. It is my intention to never have another relapse again! The way I am managing the MS in my body takes a lot of work, research and effort but it is well-worth it too. I am feeling so good! I wish I could tell everyone who has MS what I am doing so they could feel good too. Please know that I am not trying to come across as pompous or loonie. This natural approach to health and healing really works!

I will send you my contact info in case you would like more information. I can even phone you as I have free long distance anywhere in Canada and the US. Smile

Thanks for the info-will check it out -have been into herbs for over twenty years and quick when I had my first TIA--already taking cal-vit D, and B-12 and of course a mulitivitamin.

    Thanks again
