Gary, the asst. said I need you to take a full dosage of the xanax now .. so I did .. he then said that the pharmacy and the doctor will have a better weening proggram set up by days end ...
I am determined to get off this menacing drug and so I will wait for the call .. feeling better knowing all of us are proactively helping by talking about this openly ... so I will rest now , as it has been a tiring morning ...
I did follow thru with listing my condo , and my support team has been wonderful ... I will beat this , and I know I will feel much better ...
Saturday I am set to go thru with pllans to be a volunteer for our Botannical Gardens , with an annual show Sat . , I will meet the people I am to sign up with .. it is an important part of my therapy to get back into something outside the home ..
Kudos to all for your support throughout this whole ordeal .. and I am beginning to feel progress is coming for better health for me .. both physically and mentally ..
