Hello - just read a post by Julie .. Not Always MS ... and it got me thinking how true this is ...

For many of us , whenever we feel out of kilter , we tend to first think , MS ... and along the path I found this to be a key to getting help .. when things turn out to be a non-MS related issue , there is some relief ...

I wrote a comment on Julies' sharepost .. as to the educating my PCP about MS and people with MS ...

Being one of her only patients who has MS , and after a lengthy tear-filled talk , she understands that I do depend on her first .. she is my frontline to all that ails me ...

So, she thanked me for helping educate her on this issue , and since has taken a more active role in aiding me .. instead of feeling like a hypochondriac , she now understands that people with a chronic disease often look to that disease for all that does ail them ...

So her approach has changed dramatically .. her decision to do a more comprehensive blood panel has been a definste help to both her and myself ..

So, thanks Julie , for raising this issue ... just wish we had a forum where we could discuss things , and not just the shareposts ...

Discussion and comparing is great , so to update .. I am now officially taking just 2 xanax a day , @ 1mg each ... this is a small but significant triumph for me ...

Well, that is about it for now .. hope you all will share your ideas and thoughts with us ... thanks ... agserra
