About Me = Just became over the hill , and am feeling better about things in general .. I love walking, talking and nature .. picnics, camping and holidays ..

I love swimming , singing and writing .. listening to all types of music, art and gardening ..

I am a great cook , friend and lover .. I love me as I am , and am happy that I am where I am in my life ..

I am looking ahead to my move "home" to Florida soon, and will always , always have health central as my second home ..

I love reading the shareposts by Dr. Gross, and of course , sweet Kristen .. I thank them for inspiring me to change my out look ..

I love going to the Chronic Pain site and writing on the forum in , The Daily Grind , where I have made friends with people from around the country ..

That's about it, I love my family, friends .. the Sun and Moon and Stars .. gigggle ...
