    This is great what you wrote. The various health problems are what they are, but there's a lot of life to live between doctor appointments, flare ups, and so on. I think there's a lot of value in "venting" in a safe forum like this where other people can relate to the problems expressed, but I've been finding myself in a self-imposed "pity party" sometimes. That will happen from time to time but we need to take a wider view of all the good around us too.

    You are a truly beautiful soul...inside and out!

     

    I need to look up these books you suggest...I need all the inspiration I can get.  I am 44 now...and veering into those years of contemplation and hopefully wisdom.

    Thank You.  I am grateful to have the chance to interact with all of you...I neverknew that  expressing myself could be soooo very freeing...this site helps me in many ways..I am pleased if my thoughts help others.... about the book...before you look it up, check her interview on Bill Moyers on www.pbs.org  The lady's name is Sara Lawrence Lightfoot.
