Good Evening All

An 80 year old lady I know told me  "You are too old to be young  but too young to know about being old."  For me that was a profound statement. So many times I find myself consumed with my MS (do's and don'ts) and forget about living life.

Well today I saw a Harvard professor interview with Bill Moyers on the public broadcast station.  Her name and book title are SARA LAWRENCE-LIGHTFOOT:   THE THIRD CHAPTER: PASSION, RISK, AND ADVENTURE IN THE 25 YEARS AFTER 50. It's a book about how to be old successfully.  Life, in my opinion is more than struggling to overcome MS.  I want all that "stuff" in the title of Ms Lawrence-Lightfoot's book.  I haven't read it yet but I intend to.  Her interview left me feeling optimistic about whatever my days ahead bring.  I just wanted to share.
