To all of my HealthCentral extended family, I'd like to tell you it's an honor to exchange posts with each of you about our shared illness, MS.
To everyone here I'd like to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanzaa, or a blessed (whatever) holiday you observe! I hope you are spiritually happy and filled with joy. Let's all take a moment to honor ourselves (I learned this in yoga) and give ourselves a pat on the back for reaching out to each other and helping each other here on HC.
