I see a pain neurologist who has all but exhaused his pharmaceutical suggestions and have even attended the esteemed Mayo Pain Clinic. I've yet to find any total answers to my increasing pain issues, so I'm very open to what others' have found helpful. I'm only able to excercise "mildly", however stretching is a part of my daily routine.

Thank you Cathy.

My pain Dr returned my call this morning and I'll be seen soon to reevaluate my situation. I've heard/read a lot about Cymbalta lately being used for nerve pain. I'm hopeful that maybe it could help me.
