I'm eagerly awaiting any and all replies to this question. I have very intense nerve pain, of the burning variety, and it is uncontrolled for the most part. I see a pain neurologist who has all but exhaused his pharmaceutical suggestions and have even attended the esteemed Mayo Pain Clinic. I've yet to find any total answers to my increasing pain issues, so I'm very open to what others' have found helpful. I'm only able to excercise "mildly", however stretching is a part of my daily routine.

Angela,
Oh, how I wish I could help you. But since I don't have any answers for you, I pray that other readers will PLEASE STEP UP AND GIVE ANGELA SOME HELP!
You are in my prayers.
Best always,

My pain Dr returned my call this morning and I'll be seen soon to reevaluate my situation. I've heard/read a lot about Cymbalta lately being used for nerve pain. I'm hopeful that maybe it could help me.
