Ah, stress and MS, they seem to go together just too much. When I feel the stress, I begin with deep breathing until I can get to a comfortable place for meditation. My breathing exercises were improved with yoga

 

My meditation experience goes back to the late 1960s. Anyone remember those days? It still works, even with MS.

 

That's what I do, and I recommend it. The best thing is to actively avoid stress. A different story all together . . .

Yes, Vicki, I remember those days.  I also do meditation and yoga.  As a matter of fact, I just got a "cramp" in my foot and immediately went into my yoga breathing - it somewhat helped.

 

These past weeks have been so stressful but I am trying to manage stress as best as I can.  I know you do the same thing.  Also, communication among friends like you, and all our readers, helps lessen the stress, eh?
