    Thank you for this very useful article.  I have primary progressive ms and periodically search the internet for any new information that may have come out.  This article includes answers to questions that I have been bothered by, such as: What do you mean by "exhaustion"? Because there are different kinds of exhaustion.  When I am physically active, I quickly run out of energy, but I don't when I am lying on my back using my laptop or reading.  That is what I spend most of every day doing, and I do not get tired.  Also, of course, when I am sleeping I am horizontal. In the swimming pool, I can swim as many laps as I please, it is like being normal, until I get out of the pool, and a great weight descends on my body. But even then, I do not feel exhausted, I just feel this sudden heavy weight that forces me to seek at least a sitting position as soon as possible
