Regarding walking issues, speed, the FDA is currently reviewing Fampridine, which apparently has finished its trials, for approval for MS patients. My neuro discussed with me that this drug assists in allowing messages to get where it needs to be. For me, my leg. Check out the manufactures site: Acorda.
