You may not know this, but I'm not a pill popper and if there's an alternative out there to doctor medication - I'll find it. Several months ago I had a bought of severe anxiety, I had this fear that I would have to go to the bathroom and couldn't find one in time. The end result was everywhere I went I looked for a bathroom- it was the focus and center of all my attention. I couldn't go anywhere unless I had the "potty" near by. Crazy huh?
I wasn't interested in taking any medication.

We especially like lavender, my wife sprinkles the essential oil on my pillow just before I come to bed- isn't she sweet?
