Ha! I had the same problem the first time I had to inject myself. I didn't know about the trick of warming up the shot first, though. Maybe I'll try it. I've managed to give myself five shots using the rebiject ii, so maybe I'm OK.
I found your post because I'm trying to figure out how to reach the back of my arm. I live in China, and there's no Rebif nurse here! Any tips?
