After which she had trained two of her clients privately and taught&amp;nbsp; a "zumba class"..all before 10am! She's an amazing person..she started me off with warmups, then the treadmil..and then went right into all the nautilus weight bearing machines..then&amp;nbsp; she "made me" stretch every muscle in...</description>

      <title>Another "Extreme"</title>
      <description>Hi Everyone..Just HAD to post this one..Another side of an this M'Ster.Went to the gym today..and there I was minding my own business, plugging along as I do 5 mornings a week..going at my OWN pace..and I was interrupted by one of the gym&amp;nbsp; "Staff trainers" Her "question" to me was.."What was that, that you were doing on the ab machine, right in front&amp;nbsp;of several other women working out? Now people..my daughter is also personal trainer...</description>

      <title>What does MS "look like?"</title>
      <description>Define the word.............. "Sick" OMG you dont look like&amp;nbsp;you have anything wrong with you..especially MS"&amp;nbsp;I am so tired of what people perceive someone with MS to HAVE to look like..Yes I do take very good&amp;nbsp;care of myself, no I dont look "Sick" but what do they know.I just get dirty looks and people making underlying comments about my parking&amp;nbsp; in a handicap spot complete with placard of course. I've been yelled at, cursed...</description>

      <title>Another attack?</title>
      <description>It&amp;#39;s been a very long time since I&amp;#39;ve  had an attack as far as I know.I dont attribute every ache or pain to MS but, with our complex nervous system, and this infuriating disease, I am not sure sometimes!
