Sometimes I think there is not a single thing in my life that doesn’t somehow relate to multiple sclerosis. I just bought a new bra and I’m so pleased with the comfort and fit! Where was I when they came up with these half-sizes? I’m pretty sure that Jake questioned my sanity when I...

Yes, I guess we all feel the same way. Guilt and MS are buddies!

Of course, EVERYTHING is related to MS somehow.  Even when it's not.

So, what makes this bra so special?  Material, design, size, shape?

What makes this bra so special is that it is NEW, and hasn't been washed 10,000 times! It fits perfectly... I never had one of these new-fangled half-sizes before! Marvelous idea.

The similarities between bras and MS are a little different to me:  I hate both of them!  Kudos to you for doing something for yourself!

LOL My motto:"Think of MS always and never." OF COURSE a bra has to do with MS, just as do boobies! When I went on SSDI my reward (I reward myself a lot---who else will??) was that I would no longer wear a bra! I must have had 30 bras, most, never worn as few fit well and MS kept me from getting into one. I tried the sports bra, the front latch, the one piece---AARRGGHH; so what happened? I got a RED rash under my bra-less, er, yeah, boobies. My Dr. suggested the stuff used for JOCK ITCH. Talk about embarrassing for a lesbian to buy (well, keeps them guessing). Didn't help, so I discovered A&D Ointment, yes for babies---works perfectly! No more redness. I advised my Dr., especially since the 1970s bra-burners will soon be retiring. He was grateful for the easy remedy. Here is the irony! Now that I am lifting weights and in darn good shape, I WANT A BRA! HA HA (Plus I'll be scrutinized by older women at asst. living home, and oh, how they gossip! :-) Mandy I am thrilled for you. Wish me luck.

I have not been on the ball lately...missed this article of yours. Love the title. I hate bras. They are the handiwork of the devil. lol I am not on the MS meds yet but...I probably will be soon and I am scared...I am scared we won't be able to afford it. I shouldn't have to think about such things but I do. Okay now I need chocolate.

Hmmm... you mention chocolate quite often. Does The Health Central Network have a site for chocoholics?

Drat! Now I'm craving it!Surprised
