Way to go David keep inspiring us all. I too have RRMS and am feeling the loss of the zest for life right now. But that's a usual thing for a person with ms.

Corrina,

Any time I see someone with MS who continues to pursue a dream, I am inspired. It is those people who have helped me to forge ahead.

As you said, sadness (depression) and extreme fatigue are common symptoms for people with MS. If it lasts for a prolonged period of time, there are some things your doctor can do to help.

Thanks for reading and for commenting.

Kindest regards,

Mandy

I'm tryinmg to pursue a dream of higher education but it seems that my cognitive abilities are failing me. As for sadness and depression, I have unusual mood swings, one minute I'm happy then sad, then angry. I guess it'a all part of MS.

I didn't see the show (confession, never really been an American Idol fan) but do believe that David has put a wonderful public face on MS.  The more people who are following their dreams and doing so while opening discussing their chronic illnesses, the better we will all be for it.

Kudos to David and best wishes for a successful season.

I am sorry that I missed the episode of American Idol with one of the Osmonds that has ms.  It is fortunate to be able to get up out of that wheelchair and be able to walk fine the next day. - it is when it is difficult to get that ms can get very discouraging.

It IS difficult when we can't get up. That's why I'm so grateful for the good times! Smile Luckily, I still have more good times than bad.I'm more fortunate than most.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Hope you make it a habit!
