Well here I go again, being the first....No one loves a steaming hot bath more than I do.  I am a black woman, and I use to lay out in the sun every summer and get my summer bathing suite marks.  To me nothing looks good like bathing suite marks on a black woman.  It just gives that "oh my goodness" affect Wink shock and awe call me crazy.  But with MS heat is not our friend.  I have had to limit my sun bathing, and make my hot baths a bedtime event.  Something about that heat and MS just don't jive.  It takes away all of our little enegry.  If you get in that tub of really warm water, you will probably have to call 911 to get you out or have them pour bags of ice in the tub to bring your body temp down.  That sucks because I love a steaming hot bath.  If I take a really hot shower, it is the last thing I do before I get under the covers to go to sleep because it is a wrap.  I use to do the Sauna, not anymore that is a no no now, so do not be surprised, heat is not our friend.  If you choose t try it use caution.  I hope this helps.  Hopefully others can give you and me both some tricks that they use.  I would love to read some new ideas.  I love the sun.  Black woman tanningWink  Sherry/smomdukesKiss

I just want to echo what Momdukes said. You have to be careful with this. In my case, heat is unpredictable but hasn't been too bad. Mostly it just makes whatever symptoms I'm having a little worse. For example I have had some visual problems lately - flashes of light mostly. When I was in the shower this morning I saw more white flashes than usual. I was also a little tired - not refreshed - from the shower. About a week ago I went into a dry sauna just to see what would happen. I left after about 10 minutes because I was getting a strange pain in my face. Be careful. You might consider having someone with you if you have to go out in the heat for a long time. Just a little extra safety.

Here is a post which discusses Heat and how it affects some people with MS.  Read Multiple Sclerosis Relapse or Pseudoexacerbation, Part Two

I hope that helps a little.
