Depression is something that I really cannot speak on my, husband always said that I did not have enough sense to be depessed, and I guess he is rightUndecided  But it is a real issue for some people and I am so sorry for that, so I say try to focus on what is good in your life.  You have children, that in itself is a true blessing.  The smiles on their faces, the love in their eyes, makes it all worth while.  Yes MS is a mess and it robs us of a lot of things but the victory is ours still.  There are still some things in life that it just cannot take away!  Take a deep breath and just keep going, it is so hard sometimes I know it is, it is hard for me, yes we have to cry sometimes, crying is good for the soul, plus it washes the eyeballsCry they need cleaning every once in a while, then they feel better and so do you.  There is no shame in crying, none at all!!!!!!  Everybody should do it at least once a month they will feel better, I highly recommend it!  Feel Better soon  Sherry/smomdukesKiss

    Hi beba violet,

I am one of those MSers who does struggle with depression often.  Sometimes I even know that I should not feel down, but my brain does anyway.  I like Sherry's suggestion to let it out through tears.  That can be truly cleansing for the soul and literally releases some chemicals.

Also, being in limbo is HARD!!!  The uncertainty of it can be draining.  Look into your loved ones faces and know that you are loved.  Breathe deeply and reach to the sky.  It feels good and does good for you.

Hang in there and know that you are not alone.
