Not a big deal. We all forget, it happens to us all. I can walk into a room, and cannot remember why I went into the room (DUH) Sometimes I cannot remember if I have taken my meds for the night, so I have calenders everywhere, that I mark off, X for no I have not taken and a check for yes I have taken. You just do what you gotta do. Buy you a small address type book, and write all of you passwords in it and keep it on you night stand or next to your computer. Just do what you have to do. It really is all right. It is not just MS, honey we are getting old, at least I am. So do not be so hard on yourself. Here's one for you. I have a hard time keeping shoes on, it has gotton so good to me, there have been times when my girls or my husband has had to go back in the house and get me a pair of shoes because I have come out of the house barefooted!
