I too, have been experiencing the exact same things.  My diagnosis is pending until I can get in to do a spinal tap, but it is very hard staying positive when
I continuously feel these weird things happening.  I had an MRI and it showed white spots on the brain, but neuro can not confirm until the tap is performed. I have tingling, pricking, numbness, itching and burning in the hands and feet.

Bebe I to have the same exact symptoms of which your referring to, as far as the pain there is really nothing that works long term. I would suggest that you call your physician and ask them to put you on steroids, this helps with the inflammation and takes away some of the symptom.  Not all but it will make it a little more bearable, you may also want to speak to your physician about an anti spasmodic drug these help in a lot of cases.  I don't know if your currently taking any mediciations for pain but if not I would surely ask for some.  There is no reason that your quailty of life should be less than anyone else's.  Take care and I'm always here if you need someone to talk to :)  I have had MS for 13 years and been thru a lot of different aspects of the disease.  Bayouangel49
