Another wonderful person and interview. It took me a while to know who the "two" of them are, in the blog world, being slow like that. I know from surfing that she gives support to many, a kind comment and encouragement, always. A life's change taken place, confronted, as in your case too, rather than lie down.

Were I different in personality I may take her advice, instead I will continue to wonder at such resolve these interviews show. The specialness of ordinary people now more than that. Thank you, Nadja.

Thank you Nadja for sharing all this.  You must be a great teacher and an inspiring one.  I am so glad that you have your yoga training to help you cope with this terrible disease.  With your understanding of its power,  I suspect you will help many to learn how to use it to get though their own pain and doubt.  Indeed,  you've a good start.  Good luck always.

This is an excellent, inspiring interview.  I know from reading Nadja's blog that she has gone through some difficult times, but always comes out with a renewed sense of self and goals.  She has great spirit.  Thanks for sharing this Nadja and Merely Me!

Thanks for sharing your story, Nadja. I know reading interviews like this would have been a great relief for me when I was first diagnosed. I'm sure it will be of help to many others. Good work Merely Me!

This story was such a joy to read!  Nadja is such a special, spiritual person and I see her as a role model.  She has been through so much yet she continues to hang on to her spirit.

Thanks MerelyMe for another wonderful interview!

thanks, nadja and diane for doing this. it is wonderful to read of others being honest about their experience of ms - not something that comes up very often in conversation! i have started being more consistent with my "workouts," and my "yoga," and even in just a few days of doing it every evening, i feel better in so many ways. so, i agree that moving and breathing make a huge difference. such a simple thing we can do to heal ourseves!
