Hi everybody!

It is Thursday evening and I am sitting here feeling grateful. I went to the beach today with my family and nothing bad happened. No MS symptoms. Nada. I had a good time and did not think about MS the entire time I was there. How about that?

So my question is simple tonight.

What are you grateful for today?
