Exercise for People Living With MS

Hi all!

 

How is everyone doing this week?  Is the MS bully staying away? 

 

Okay...time for a new question. 

 

Oh!  Wanted to say...I went to my first yoga class.  It was very good.  It was slow paced and much of it was about relaxation.  My teacher didn't know what Multiple Sclerosis was though.  She asked me if I was at the point of being very congested.  I think she was thinking of another disease.  I just assume...wrongly...that everyone knows what MS is.  I did not bring a yoga mat...everyone else did.  I have to go get one!

 

Anyways...I did like the class but did find it difficult to relax at the end.  Other people were actually snoring!  I just wanted to get up and do something!  So this class is good for me.  I need to learn how to relax.

 

 

My question for you this evening is:  What do you do for exercise?

If it's not MS what else could it be?
