SPRING, THE BATTLE OF THE SEASON

By FELT BUT NOT SEEN Friday, March 27, 2009

Spring has always been a hard season.  I persoanlly love spring, the floweres are blooming, you can literally smell life around you!  However, the hard part is the MS.  For whatever reason it flares up this time of year.  I am hopeful that this year will be different.  Now that I live in a better province that does not have the swings in temperature and is more environmentally active I perhaps will not have the "usual" optic neurotis attack, migraines, dizziness, and loss of feeling in my legs that comes this time of year.  Does anyone else get MS attacks this time of year as well?

I do wonder if there is something to this as I have heard this same thing from other MSers.  For me...the coming of the heat is what does me in.  Last summer was rough on me.  We should pose this question to our readers...what season seems to be the worst for your MS?

Thank you for sharing this...

My hope for you is that this spring is glorious and uneventful with the MS.  Already I am experiencing the effects of spring allergies which have taken over my sinuses.  Fortunately the MS is doing fine, but the heat is what gets me each year.
