Hello, I know its been awhile since i been on this site. I have been going thru ups and downs. the separation from my husband to dealing with my tween son who is not doing well in school to taking a new MS medication called Gilenya. I am happy to say that I found a MS support group. Meeting and talking with others who have MS is priceless. I hope you all are doing well.
Like Helen said, we get busy with our lives, and with this illiness things happen so we kinda drop outta site for a while. When I did Helen checked on me
gotta love her for that! When the weather starts to change we learn about all the bones we have, because they all ache
but we keep it moving! But glad that you are back!

Welcome back! Good to hear that you've found a great MS support group. Sometimes meeting people in person really does help.
Hey, since so few people have had a chance to try Gilenya, would you be willing to talk about your experience? There are so many questions and not so much info involving individual stories. It would be great if you could share yours.
There is a great Facebook page about Gilenya that is run by all Gilenya patients. Some have been in the Gilenya trials from the beginning - many 3 and 4 years on the drug. It has a lot of activity and those taking Gilenya answer questions about their own experiences. It's very enlightening and most of them have good stories to tell. You can find it if you're on Facebook and then just type in "Gilenya" in the search box. It's a great support and information site.

I noticed that you had not been here for a while. I know we get occupied trying to live our lives. I've been up and down too. I'm still not comfortable with my condition. Still trying to beat this beast back at least a little. Sometimes reading here helps...Folks come and go but I'm glad to see you.
