Celebrate National Family Caregivers month! Post a photo, testimonial, poem or other tribute recognizing a devoted caregiver, a loved one who depends on you, or the special relationship experienced between a caregiver and the person in need. For every tribute contributed on CareConnection through the SharePost system, HealthCentral will make a donation to the National Family Caregiver Association (NFCA), a grassroots organization providing family caregivers with education support and advocacy.

She is getting worse. She has a PC Dr. but she needs a MS Dr. She is in the third phase of MS. She has gone down hill more this year than any other. She is contantly dizzy.Her hubby puts her in the Hospital takes her out and takes care of her himself. He cannot do this anymore himself.
