Just wanted to send some positive energy and well wishes to Vicki, one of the stellar writers on this site. And also for Cathy who is battling a flare. MS can be a real bully sometimes. It isn't fair.

Anyways just wanted to let you guys know that I am thinking of you and that I hope you both recover soon.

Here are some virtual flowers for you guys and for anyone who is not feeling well or is having an MS flare or relapse.
