    Stay physiclally strong.  I'm convinced that the key to my recovery from a recent flare is to exercise, and diet  way back to my previous level.  It's been 5 months and it's slow-going.  You have to decide what you're willing to do to get better and it sounds as if you have decided.  I have decided too.
