Just wanted to let all of my friends here kow why I havge been "Missing In Action". As some of you know my Mother has Alzhimers, so myself, my siblings and my dad we are dealing with everything that goes along with that illness. We have been really blessed, she has been doing really good. She was a school teacher for over 30 years in the school system in our county. She is now 77 years old and it like my MS did not show up until late in life. Her Alzimer's did not show up until she was about 73 years old, so for that we are grateful full blown did not show up until about 2 years ago. She is in the hospital right now with a UTI but is doing a lot better, and the person who hasa the most affect on her is my oldest child her first gran, whom everyone says looks just like her!
(I do no see it) But everyone else does! It is a relief to my pops that his oldest gran spends so much time with her in the hospital, and no one can get her to talk but my child, go figure! She has been in there since Friday and will be in there until Monday, my child is staying nites in the hosptial so her granpa can stay at hom and rest he is 80 and his own bed feels better than the hospital chair, but my girls love their nana & gpa! But when & if you say your prayer tonight call nana & gpa's name & mine. I know it ia appointed once for every man to die, I just want nana to be here a little while longer.

and I know she remembers that! I gave my pops the good report on my mom so he will sleep better tonight, he said he will be there first thing in the morning, and I know he will. I know he misses her after eing together 55 years it is like missing a body part. But he was smiling when I talked with him an hour ago, so I can sleep well myself tonight. I have a brother in Japan who's family madeit through the earthquake the family is back in Hawaii, he will be in the states by June, he said they had another quake the other night OMG it woke him up! But her nurse said she is looking better, I am so glad. Justsay a prayer for us, and I will for you.

Sherry,
It's very good to see you. I hope that your mother heals quickly from the UTI. Very wonderful that your girls, especially your oldest, enjoying spending time with her. I will certainly say an extra prayer this evening for your parents and you. I hope that you have a blessed Easter tomorrow.
Hugs, Lisa
