Another great post, Amy.  One thing: don't edit out any of your thoughts!  You are just thinking out loud for us, saying things that we've already been thinking.  It's comforting to hear we are not the only ones who get anxious or nervous about our MS issues!

One thing I love about my iPhone is an app I downloaded called Dragon Dictation.  It works the same as the old dictation machines, only now it's part of our cell phones.  It's a free app, and if I hear something I want to remember, I merely say it into my iPhone, save it, and use it during my next doctor visit.

I also use the Notebook app (free) for "taking notes" about anything and everything - names of songs, directions to a new place, a quote I'd heard - and, of course, new or annoying symptoms I am experiencing.  Both the Dragon Dictation and the Notebook are, abviously, accompanying me to my next dr appt.  Oh, I almost forgot - I've entered the name and dosages of all of my medications into my Notebook too - very helpful for my cognitive deficit moments!:)
