more info about ms

I am a 37 year old male dx'd with ms about 4 years ago. but recently I have been having headaches every morning and also I have nooooooo sex drive this is realy uncommon for me. My question is could my ms be getting worse? I was dx'd with relapsing recuring form of ms.
