Rebif and Supplements

Anyone have experiences or recommencations to share regarding Rebif and Suplements?   Either good or bad would be appreciated.   I'm looking at Resveritrol/OPCs/Grapeseed Extract along with Vitamin D and potential problems/interactions with 3 day a week 44 dosage of Rebif for RRMS.   Doing my own online research at the moment... Read moreChevron

The Red "Splotch" of Courage

Well, I have finished my second two weeks of Rebif, now at 22 mcg. I wish they were as easy as the first two weeks, but alas the honeymoon was over. The first week at 22 mcg, the shot didn't feel that bad, and that was pretty surprising to me because 2 of the 3 shots that week were in my arm. When I took Avonex, I hated the shot in my arm.... Read moreChevron
