Anyone try Rituximab?

What side effects have patients experienced after a single infusion of Rituximab?   I have had RRMS since 2001. I have been on all the ABC and R's...and also Tysabri and had allergic reactions, so had to stop.   Rituximab has been offered by my neurologist.
