Anyone try Rituximab?

What side effects have patients experienced after a single infusion of Rituximab? I have had RRMS since 2001. I have been on all the ABC and R's...and also Tysabri and had allergic reactions, so had to stop. Rituximab has been offered by my neurologist. It seems almost too simple....one infusion?
