lady has MS rrms for 4 years on.rebif 044mcg 5/7 days week and episode of focal  epilepsy twice on levipircetam 500mg bd after that. she has for last three months urinary complaints in form as above

Hi CGS,

 

It is not uncommon that MS patients develop problems with bladder/bowel functions.  It seems that incontinence (of the various forms) is present in a number of patients.

 

For some of those patients, self catheterization is recommended.  But addressing the issue with the neurologist (who may refer to a urologist) is the best idea.  The cause of the hesitancy might be neurological or it might be something else.
