Honestly, I've never heard of anything to take (like a pill) for balance. However, there are exercises that might help. My PTs recomended following and object from side to side without moving your head...just your eyes. The yoga people stay "stand like a mountain"...standing in place, arms at your side for 5-10 minutes per day....one last suggestion (fun if you can do it)...a balloon toss/tap with another person...it's slow like badmiton but could help with movement. I have done (or do all) of these to address my own balance issues...they help but have not solved the problem....just work on it.
