hi, i just found out my VITAMIN D,1,25 HIHYDROXY IS 124H MY PCP toll me i have to much vitamin D in my body, I have done a bone density found out a have OSTEOPENIA on my AP SPINE AND LEFT FEMUR how can i correct it problem, i can take vitamin d or either calcium? don't want to take medicacion? what should i do.
