Hi Peace Girl,   Thanks for writing.  I sincerely hope that you don't have MS, but if you do, then know that there is plenty of support available.   I was amazed at how much my symptoms improved with taking high doses of vitamin D.  Over time, I've changed my routine somewhat and currently take 10,000IU daily.  It has raised my levels and helped to keep them high.  I hardly ever get muscle aches anymore.  My depression is much less than it was two years ago.  And just over all, my health feels better.   Hope you begin to feel better soon with the addition of vitamin D and do let us know when you learn more about the MS.
