I realize this is well over a year since your post, so I hope somehow you will get this response.  If not, it will be for the many others that chance through here...   You (along with many others here) have many symptoms consistent with Lyme Disease.  You need to seek out a Lyme Literate MD and rule it out.  Lyme is the great imitator, and can cause a myriad of symptoms.  I was originally diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2001, with RA in 2006, then MS this past January.  I finally got a correct diagnosis of Lyme Disease in June after taking a Western Blot test through Igenex Lab.  The spirochete that causes Lyme, can also cause lesions on the brain (which I have).   It is important to seek a Lyme Literate MD, as most practitioners are either unfamiliar with treatment protocols, or they will follow the IDSA's ridiculous recommendations, and the infection will continue to cause issues.   If you really want to learn how Lyme Disease is the most overlooked illness, watch "Under Our Skin" on Hulu.com.  It is free to watch (except on mobile devices).
