A listing of trials can be found on ClinicalTrials.gov.  I ran a quick search for any open trials which are related to MS.  You can find the result of that search here.

If you are looking for trials which involve stem cells, those are listed here.  There were just a couple of trials looking at gene expressions, but not gene therapy.

Hi cggemes,

Whenever asked I always recommend ClinicalTrials.gov as Lisa said. But don't stop there.

Recently, however, I learned of ResearchMatch where volunteers can be matched — online — to a scientific research project, or clinical trial, for which they might qualify. The National Institute of Health gave UT Southwestern a grant to help quickly move laboratory discoveries into actual therapies.

That being said, please realize there are many people who want to participate in clinical trials. I don't know how many have a specific interests in gene therapy studies, so it is always worth a try. I wish you luck.
