Hi Vanna,
I take medication for my hypothyroidism. I don't believe that it has affected my weight any, but I do feel better over all with it treated.
For losing weight, the only thing which has worked for me is keeping track of what I eat and how much I exercise (if any sometimes). Calories spent need to exceed calories consumed. Sounds simple but it's not always. It takes work and dedication.
One thing which helps me when exercising is to make sure that I eat some protein, drink plenty of water, and stay cool. Keeping my MS body cool is vital.
What do you do for exercise or physical activity? Do you enjoy swimming or something else?

Thank you for your answer. Very helpful. I exercise 3 times a week. Some weeks its step aerobics and weights (Les Mills classes) and some weeks I do Zumba on Mondays and the water treadmill twice.
