I applied for Cooling jacket or vest in Las Vegas( via e-mail) and I never heard a response. This was about two months ago. I also asked for assistance with my medical bills as I don't have a job, I did  hear from somebody, asking for more information, but never again, it's been over a month. I assume that they are extremly busy. My experience has not been a good one. I'll will seek help again, hopefully it will be better this time around. Or does it take a while with the MS chapters, is this normal?

Please consider contacting the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America - they are a different organization to the NMSS and are dedicated to enriching the quality of life for everyone affected by MS.

Go to: www.msassociation.org/programs for more info or call their helpline (800) 532-7667.
