how come someone that has ms can end up with fibromyalgia at the sametime

Many people have been diagnosed with both MS and fibromyalgia. Having one does not exclude the other. There are several conditions that are commonly paired with MS, and fibromyalgia is among them.
It doesn't seem fair, but it seems to be true.
