So, how can we get affordable health insurance in California?

I had to quit working after 26 years as a teacher in California. Cobra is still in effect, but I can't afford the monthly charge of 860$ and it continues to rise. Co-pays and deductibles are also adding up way above and beyond my disability from CalStrs. Now what? I can't afford much more than my...
